Movin March {week 2 review}

This challenge has 2 simple goals
1. NO fast food for the month of March
2. work out at least 3 times a week

This week can be summed up in one word:

I didn't workout once last week (unless you count hauling 120 40# bags of dirt into my garden) and we gorged on Chinese take out last night!  Next week will be better!  I'm off to plan my meals for the week and head to they gym!

I got super sick last week so I didn't work out either. :( This week though. We'll get there!

You have to splurge every once in a while.. other wise you'll fall off the wagon faster & harder! Good luck this week! I had the same kinda week you did last week.

Seems like last week was not so good for everyone! Is it wrong to be glad I'm not alone in my failure? :) Ha ha!

this seems to be a pattern for me. How is that when we want it so bad... we still find away out of it. ha
