10 on 10 {January 2014}

Today is the 10th! It's time for another link up with Rebekah for 10 on 10!  I love documenting the little details of the day.  Some days are more exciting than others and since the 10th fell on a work day this month, its one of the latter, but I forced myself to snap 10 photos in 10 hours anyways.

How I start my day at work: tea + news.

1st task of the day, calling hospitals to check patient statuses.

I made sandwiches for our potluck today...and then I cheated on our cleanse!

The CEO was at the office today so they sent me out to pick up some lunch.

Then my awesome husband brought me lunch, our first non home cooked meal of the year.

Taking messages and filing, another day at the office as a temp.

I CHEATED AGAIN!  Y'all, nachos are my FAVORITE junk food and when I saw them at the pot luck I just couldn't resist.  If you remember last year I ate paleo for a week and my first non paleo meal was nachos.  It might be my favorite food.

Finally finished organizing a 2 foot stack of papers into binders for the boss man, and with that it was time to go home.

30 Days of Thankfulness {Day20}

Each day this month I'm joining up with Katie to share with you the many things I am thankful for. I'd love to hear what you're thankful for.

Day 20:  I'm thankful to have my own space at work that I can decorate and personalize.

I've only been at my new job for a week so this is still a work in progress but I'm glad to be able to fill the space where I'm going to be spending a lot of time with images of people I love.

 

I've never had a work space with my name on it before.  I'm slightly excited by this.

 

My motivational image.  If I can climb to the top of Mt. Fuji, I can do anything!

My favorite part so far, my wall of favorite people!  I need to add to it, but it's a start! 

 

This isn't a part of my decorations but I found this life size Sheldon poster in the office of my department director and knew immediately that I was going to like the place.
